Lev Properties was started in 2015 with the intention of helping the charlotte real estate market grow through housing opportunities. Through the ownership of rentals, new construction, all the way to funding other real estate investors to help the market grow as one, Lev Properties is determined to help the housing shortage throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
